Appointments are available Tuesdays via telehealth and Wednesdays via telehealth or in-person in Northeast Portland. If these days do not work for you, please email to inquire about availability outside of these hours.

I am in network with Regence, Pacific Source, Kaiser Permanente NW, Moda, and United and accept all major credit cards. A "super bill" can be provided if I am not in network with your insurance provider. If paying out-of-pocket, initial assessments are $350 and follow up visits start at $150.

48 hours notice is required for cancellation. This allows me to schedule other clients who may be in need. A $125 fee will be assessed for no shows and last minute cancellations.
